This is a small family cheese factory whose production room is located in the house itself and which since 2021 has been making fresh and semi-soft cheeses from native breed goat's milk.

The Las Cadenas restaurant is located halfway along the road between La Vegueta and Mancha Blanca and offers very good quality gastronomy. The restaurant has a dining room with about 20 tables, which is well decorated and perfectly comfortable for diners.
